Studio Policy
One-on-One Lessons
Any cancellation must be made 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $35 fee. If you cancel a lesson after the start time of the lesson or miss your lesson without any notice, you will be charged the full price of the lesson. Both in-studio and virtual lessons are non-refundable.
Group Class & Dance Event
If it is more than 7 days from the date of the class, you can cancel your registration by contacting us and receive a refund for STUDIO CREDITS. While we do not offer cash refunds, you are welcome to use your studio credits towards a different class within one year from the date of purchase. If your class is less than 7 days away, you can request a cancellation. During this time frame, cancellation requests are handled at the manager's discretion. At any time, you can also sell or give away your ticket if you are unable to attend a class.
*Popular events such as Valentine’s Dance Class are non-refundable.
In the event that a class is canceled, we will issue you a full refund for your ticket.
Notice of cancellation must be received 14 days before the scheduled party to receive a refund for studio credits only. No cash refunds.
Private Party
Lesson packages and gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable.
Lesson Package & Gift Certificate
Our online dance programs are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at anytime. To cancel your subscription or make changes to your account, simply log into your account.
