Beginner Foxtrot Dance Class in Chicago
Foxtrot is one of the most popular and classic ballroom dance styles. Whether you are learning to dance for a wedding or for fun, this introductory lesson will be a great way to get you started. Singles, couples and anyone with TWO LEFT FEET are welcome!
In this wonderful 50-minute dance class, you will learn:
- Basic Foxtrot Steps
- How to Navigate the Dance Floor
- Basic Leading and Following Skills
Both singles and couples are welcome. To make it a fun social experience and help you understand the roles of leading and following, we rotate partners in class. Rotating is encouraged but optional.
What's more? You are welcome to bring your favorite wine/beer to help you loosen up. And it's a great way to meet new people or spend time with your friends!
*Alcohol consumption is permitted only for adults over 21.
*As always, this is an LGBTQ friendly event.
