Photo Studio Space Rental in Chicago Bucktown

Duet Dance Studio is a boutique dance studio located in West Bucktown. Our studio B is a beautiful, spacious studio with south facing windows that offer plenty of natural light throughout the day. It is ideal for photo shoots, video production and any fitness classes.

Duet Dance Studio's space is 1500 sq. ft and can hold up to 30 people. Features and amenities include:  

  • An open space with wood floors

  • South facing windows

  • Soft box lights

  • Light stands

  • LED flood lights

  • Sound system

  • Lounge area with couch and chairs

  • Garment rack

  • Steamer

  • Bathroom

  • Kitchenette

  • Wifi

** Studio B is located on the 4th floor. The building does not have elevators and is not wheelchair accessible. 

Studio Rental Rates: 

Classes, Photo Shoots and etc.: Start at $100/hr

Private Events: Start at $300/hr

Rental rates vary depending on the purpose of rental, number of participants, day/time, frequency of rental and etc. 

 

General Availability:

Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 3:30 PM

Saturday - 6 to 11 PM

Sunday - Before 2 PM

 

Parking:

Easy free street parking available in front of the studio on North Ave.

 

Public Transportations:

Western Bus #49, North Bus #72 and Blue Line Train at Damen or Western.
